Streamlining Inconsistent Content Layouts

Dentsply Sirona’s Discover pages were poorly organized, with over 300 scattered pages making it hard for dental professionals to find critical product information and make informed purchasing decisions. I saw an opportunity to simplify the site’s structure, creating a more intuitive system that would simplify the publishing process and support better decision-making for dental professionals.

How I Reduced 300 Pages of Content to 21 Pages

Impact

The Discover section was transformed from a disorganized maze into a cohesive hub with 21 standardized templates. This improved design efficiency and sped up publishing for future product and brand pages moving forward. The new framework made it easier for teams—design, publishing, and project management—to maintain consistency. As a result, the Discover section now provided a seamless experience that helps dental professionals quickly find the information they needed and make faster, more informed decisions on large purchases. Throughout this process, I learned how important it is to have both clear documentation and a solid content hierarchy to support a better user experience and team collaboration.
