Problem
Newer loan officers (LOs) lacked a clear strategy for converting open house visits into business opportunities. The "Open House" sales strategy had been introduced by the company in hopes to boost lead conversions, but LOs needed a structured, step-by-step guide to implement it effectively and track their progress.
Solution
I designed a guided step-by-step workflow that reflected the Open House strategy within UMortgage’s proprietary technology platform Tempo. This included gamification elements and materials to support LOs with the tools they needed to succeed.
Impact
This increased efficiency in helping LOs qualify leads more effectively and improved overall lead tracking and follow-up consistency. Additionally, I streamlined the developer handoff process by aligning design and technical requirements early, reducing back-and-forth and accelerating implementation.
